How Does An Inline Non-Return Valve Work?

These valves are a type of check valve which is spring actioned for flow control, meaning the flow can only go one way. They are clamped in the centre of a Tri Clover union or used with RJT union. This creates a quick and simple way to access your valve by disassembling the union, and means you can insert them inside an existing union if needed.

These valves are friction fitted with the assistance of two O-ring seals which allow the valve to sit securely in position. This allows for easy removal of the valve from the union, rather than welding a valve in for permanent use.

The maximum temperature handled is 120°C with an EPDM seal and have a maximum pressure rating of 145PSI or 10Bar. We stock inline non-return valves from 1 ½” right up to 4”.
