WINERY CONTINUOUS FLOATATION ROOM
The Metal Company is pleased to have provided a selection of stainless steel components for New Zealand Wineries Ltd continuous N2 floatation room that can process 60,000 litres/Hr of juice during harvest. Our supply included Valves, Tubes, Tube Fittings, Unions, RapidPress, FlexiFlow and more. Continuous N2 floatation systems and Omnia™ filters are essential equipment for the modern high volume winemaking process, playing crucial roles in clarifying and stabilising the wine. The two floatation tanks help preserve the juice’s quality by minimising oxidation while the three Omnia filtration systems can process both wine lees and finished wine is to produce crystal-clear product without compromising flavour or aroma.
